Ijt Direct Reviews

Affordable pricing: IJT Direct offers cheap printer ink and toner cartridges, providing significant savings compared to original manufacturer prices. Customers report cost-effective purchases with good value for money.

Wide product range: They supply cartridges for all major printer brands, including HP, Canon, Epson, and Lexmark.

Fast UK shipping: 98% of orders are shipped the same day, ensuring quick delivery within the UK.

Positive customer feedback: Many users praise the quality of compatible cartridges as comparable to originals and commend the reliable service and professional handling over many years.

Helpful resources: The website features a blog with printing tips and advice on choosing printers and supplies.

Cost Savings: Customers save significantly by purchasing compatible or recycled cartridges that perform as well as originals but at much lower prices.

Environmental Impact: Using recycled cartridges helps reduce landfill waste without compromising print quality.

Fast Shipping: 98% of orders placed before 5 pm are shipped the same day with next-day delivery options available for many products.

Quality Assurance: IJT guarantees their own brand inks match or exceed original cartridge print quality. For example in Epson inks specifically designed for photographic printing maintain high image reproduction standards.

Customer Base & Trust: Serving over 350,000 customers annually with more than 3 million printer cartridges sold per year reflects reliability and trustworthiness.

Delivery in multiple small packages: Some customers have experienced orders arriving in several small parcels over weeks rather than all at once. This may be due to shipments from Hungary being split to avoid customs charges but can be inconvenient if faster or consolidated delivery is needed.

Need for self-management on recycled cartridges: When using recycled ink options (offered by IJT Direct), customers must track ink levels themselves since there is no automated reorder system like HP Instant Ink. This requires more attention to avoid running out unexpectedly.

Potential quality variability with recycled inks: While generally good quality is reported, some risk exists that lower-quality recycled cartridges could cause issues such as leaking or streaky prints if not sourced carefully.
